Comprehensive security
Secure card stock, supplies and card rejects with a dual control security enclosure that meets industry specifications for the instant issuance market. The RP90i financial card printer protects sensitive data from unauthorized interception during network
transmission with powerful IPSec encryption. It also safeguards financial data from theft with the Security Erase feature, which blocks out black panel text on used YMCK ribbons. Plus, a bolt-down capability secures the printer to a work surface.
High-quality retransfer printing
The RP90i card printer ensures exceptional quality and speed for credit cards, debit cards, gift cards and other financial cards. It prints a single, four-color, one-sided card in 29 seconds. Using retransfer technology, the printer creates an image on retransfer film, which is applied to the card surface. This innovative approach protects printed information and ensures over-the-edge, full-card coverage.
Easy operation
Simplify loading with color-coded retransfer film cassettes. The RP90i card printer also features high-capacity, easy-to-load ribbon cassettes and a 300-card input hopper — both of which help reduce downtime.
Magnetic stripe encoding
The RP90i card printer comes with IAT magnetic stripe encoding to make the financial card issuance process even more productive.
Smart card capabilities
