After I submit my resume, when will I be contacted?

We are not able to personally contact each person who submits a resume. We will directly contact those candidates whose background and previous experience most closely matches the needs for any particular position.

What is the attire / dress policy at Datacard?

Datacard Group has a business-casual dress policy in all of our corporate offices.

Do you have education reimbursement?

Datacard strongly encourages an environment based upon on-going development and education. Employees may be eligible to receive up to $5,250 in education reimbursement per calendar year for accredited course work.

How does Datacard develop and reward its employees?

At Datacard, we believe every individual and every manager should be committed to actively taking part in Performance Management and career development. We look for each colleague to create Personal Development Plans and to take an active role in setting annual goals. Datacard employees are eligible to apply for other internal opportunities within any division or department in the organization. What are your standard work hours?

The specific hours will vary depending on the type of position and what department a person works in. Some positions will have clearly set hours; others will be more flexible depending on the needs of the team.

Does Datacard sponsor perspective employees who require a visa or work authorization?

In limited circumstances, Datacard is willing to consider sponsoring candidates for non-immigrant work visas. All applicants offered a position with Datacard in the U.S. will be required to provide proof that they are eligible to work in the U.S. within their first 3 days of employment at Datacard.

Do Datacard Group’s medical plans have any pre-existing condition exclusions?

No. Datacard’s medical plans do not contain any pre-existing conditions exclusions.

Do you have 2nd or 3rd shifts?

Yes, Datacard has 2nd and 3rd shift positions available.

Do you hire interns?

Quite often, Datacard will hire students entering their Junior or Senior year in college for summer interns.
