Todd Wilkinson

Todd Wilkinson
President and Chief Executive Officer

Todd Wilkinson was appointed President and CEO of Datacard Group in June 2008. Wilkinson first joined Datacard in 2005 as the company's Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for GE Healthcare Financial Services-HPSC. Wilkinson also served in financial management roles at GE Fleet Services, Eden Prairie, Minnesota; GE Auto Financial Services, Barrington, Illinois and USG Corporation in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Wilkinson is a graduate of the GE Experienced Financial Leadership program and holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University.

John Di Leo

John Di Leo
Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Service

John Di Leo joined Datacard Group as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Service in 2010. He has held significant leadership roles at NCR and was most recently the Regional Vice President for North America, responsible for approximately $2B of annual revenue while leading 300 sales and 300 service professionals. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Western Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in Business degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Lynnette Heath

Vice President of Human Resources
Lynnette Heath joined Datacard Group as Vice President of Global Human Resources in 2009. Prior to joining Datacard Group, she was most recently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at GE Capital Fleet Services. She also held a variety of other HR leadership positions during her 9 years with GE. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Masters in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.

Kurt Ishaug

Chief Financial Officer

Kurt Ishaug was named Chief Financial Officer of Datacard Group in December 2008. Ishaug first joined Datacard Group in 2006 as vice president of planning and analysis. Previously, he held financial leadership positions with GE Commercial Finance, most recently leading the global planning and analysis function there. He holds a master of business taxation degree from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Business and a bachelor degree in accounting from North Dakota State University.

Chris Pelletier

Chris Pelletier
Vice President of Business Process & Information Systems
Chris Pelletier is the Vice President of Business Process & Information Systems responsible for global process effectiveness and driving a quality culture. He is also responsible for global technology operations including business systems deployment and support, infrastructure stability and recovery, and personal computer lifecycle management. Pelletier joined Datacard Group as Quality Leader in 2010. Prior to joining Datacard Group, Chris held Senior Leadership positions at Four51 and Concur Technologies. Chris holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Finance from California State University, a Master of Science in Management – MIS, and a MBA from the University of Maryland.

Mike Schnaus

Mike Schnaus
Vice President of Corporate Development
Mike Schnaus is Vice President of Corporate Development, responsible for mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances with outside companies on a global basis.  Mike has over 26 years of experience in corporate development/corporate finance, having previously held management positions in this role at Alliant Techsystems (formerly Honeywell), and public corporations in Los Angeles and Phoenix.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, a Masters of Business Administration in accounting & finance from UCLA, and did post-graduate studies in business taxation at the University of Southern California.

Jeff Smolinski

Jeff Smolinski
Senior Vice President of Operations

Jeff Smolinski is Senior Vice President of operations, providing strategic and operational direction to its global technology, manufacturing and supplier management functions. Prior to joining Datacard Group, Smolinski was Senior Vice President of worldwide operations for X-Rite, Inc., the world leader in color management and color measurement technologies. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Russell St. John

Russell St. John
Senior Vice President of Global Marketing

Russell St. John joined Datacard Group as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing in 2008, bringing significant marketing and product development leadership experience. Prior to joining Datacard Group, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations at Katun Corporation, the largest provider of aftermarket supplies in the digital printing industry. He also held a number of leadership positions during his 20 years with GE Aviation Services. He holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and material science from the University of Connecticut.

Lisa Tibbits

Lisa Tibbits
General Counsel and Secretary
Lisa Tibbits was named General Counsel and Secretary of Datacard Group in April, 2007. Tibbits first joined Datacard in 2000 as a Senior Corporate Attorney. Previously, she served as Corporate Counsel for Rainforest Café restaurants worldwide and worked for the firm Leonard, Street and Deinard in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ms. Tibbits is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and California and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Arizona State University.
