Comprehensive security and data integrity
A familiar Microsoft® Windows® operating system enables administrators to authenticate operators and restrict access to data, applications and jobs. Internal software automatically cross checks data as it is personalized on cards to ensure data integrity. You can also track card production and perform detailed audits

Inline card delivery
Use the Datacard® MXD™ Lite or MXD™ card delivery system to print forms and affix cards add the MXi™ envelope insertion system to create powerful, highly personalized mail packages inline with superior efficiency.

Card input module
Feeds cards into the system with high reliability. Multiple card input modules allow issuers to use different plastic card stocks to increase efficiency or add capacity for large, complex jobs.

Card cleaning module
Removes damaging dirt, dust and contaminants from both sides of each plastic card in a single pass prior to graphics printing.

Magnetic stripe encoding module
Write one to three tracks of data in parallel with read/write heads that support all ISO, AAMVA and JIS encoding formats and common coercivity requirements.

Contact smart card personalization module
Programs smart card chips using state-of-the-art couplers. Supports up to 11 programming stations enabling innovative smart card applications.

Contactless smart card personalization module
Using up to six contactless programming stations, reads and writes to cards handling complex card personalization requirements efficiently.

Graphics printing module
Prints monochrome custom graphics including text, logos, bar codes, — on PVC cards using thermal transfer technology.

Basic topcoat module
Applies clear or holographic topcoats with full edge-to-edge coverage to protect graphics and images.

CardGard™ UV-curing topcoat module
Apply full-card, state-of-the art card protective topcoat to embossed, indented or flat cards using a patented method material to extend card life.

Embossing module
Ensure high-quality, ISO-compliant card embossing and indent printing with tightly aligned character-to-character spacing and consistent text height and location.

Topping module
Applies colored topping foil material to embossed characters, making them attractive and easier to read.

Label affixing module
Applies a wide variety of removable adhesive labels to plastic cards with accurate placement and consistent alignment.

Card flipper module
Rotates cards for back-side personalization using a front-side personalization module.

Card output module
Stacks good cards and rejected cards in two separate trays.
